Four things to know.
When is a credit used?
A credit is consumed when an AI reply is completed and sent. Drafts and replies your team sends by hand do not draw down the balance.
Is AI Reply live?
Not yet. Human replies are live now; the AI Reply engine is a major capability under active development and credits are a separate product.
Do I still need a subscription?
Yes. Credits are an add-on to an active GSendr platform subscription, not a standalone product.
Are credits refundable?
Any unused balance is refunded within 30 days of account closure, net of charges already incurred and gateway fees. Credits are valid 12 months from purchase.
