Four things to know.
What does a credit cover?
One credit covers one utility message. A marketing message consumes six credits, so RM0.3816. Meta sets the category, and it can re-categorise an approved template at any time.
Buy once or every month?
Both. A one-time top-up buys a single block. A monthly top-up buys the same block again on each renewal.
Do I still need a subscription?
Yes. Credits are an add-on to an active GSendr platform subscription, not a standalone product.
Are credits refundable?
Any unused balance is refunded within 30 days of account closure, net of charges already incurred and gateway fees. Credits are valid 12 months from purchase.

WHAT META CHARGES Meta’s published Malaysia rate card, effective 1 April 2026, is RM0.0564 per utility message and RM0.3467 per marketing message. With the 8% tax Meta applies to its own fees, Meta charges G6 Labs RM0.060912 and RM0.374436 respectively, against the RM0.0636 and RM0.3816 GSendr charges. The margin covers card processing, banking and administrative costs of settling with Meta on your behalf. On request we will disclose the Meta charge for any billing period.
